What ignited the spark in you to go into this occupation?
Studying trends and success models and the lack of ethnic minority engagement in certain areas, lessening the ability to generate funding and opportunities for young people in OUR communities.
Did you go to college/school? If so what did you study?
I graduated high school and started studying engineering as a student athlete at UAPB, but the degree plan was limited at this University and for that amongst other reasons I transferred to Arkansas Tech and began studying "Engineering Physics"the following year, I became less interested and switched to Finance and Economics.
Tell me more about how you got into your field. Still wasting money I began studying successful individuals and found a common denominator, Real Estate and Diversification. So I took a break and moved back to Little Rock to intern with the legislature under the leadership of my mentor. I learned a lot in a short period of time, managing campaigns, communicating daily with some of the most important and influential people in our state; legislators, learned the art of networking and the power of delivery and planning amongst other things, as I began to understand the political process and falling in love with it, all while continuing to study Real Estate and how I could break into the market.

Describe a typical day on the job.
I haven't had a "job" in 7 years. Photography and other contract work has sustained me while I built a machine and solidified a place in the Real Estate game. I get up, link up with my partners or mentors, respond to my followers on social media, respond to emails of my own and my clients and mentors, I make runs to check on my clients, I'm in and out of the legislative circles working and networking, entertaining new clients over lunch or dinner, scheduling photo shoots, radio ads, shooting commercials, shaking hands, I handle a lot of marketing and branding fora conglomerate of clients and friends. Researching markets, new potential real estate endeavors, building/finalizing business plans. whewww...
How much do you make a daily/yearly/ or monthly?
As a serial entrepreneur and a new business owner, it's hard to tell you currently what I make a day, week, year. Soon I will be able to show you on paper. Since I'm my own boss, through contracts and hustling, I could have 4-$500 days, 2-3k weeks, or I could go a month without turning profit because I've paid people and spent money just to set myself up for the next week, month or year. I have made $1000, $1200, $2,000 in a day. That allows me to float, keep networking and building on my craft in the following weeks or months. You buy your time basically. I have mentors and advisors who make $1,000 per day up to 3,000 per hour. So as I learn more on how to generate revenue in different geographical locations and industries, I put my team on game. I could flip houses and generate 10-20 grand per month, on the low end.
For the amount of work you do, does the pay satisfy you?
No amount of pay will ever satisfy me, because I'm a serial entrepreneur and a seeker of knowledge, yet so long as I can afford to provide for my family and delegate my where my time goes, I'm good. Sucky answer I know, but currently No, to not really..
Where do you live? Is the location good for what you do? Do you want to relocate?
I live in North Little Rock, I moved into the house I grew up in, moved my mom across the street, my aunt lives next door, I flipped my first house two houses down and its my rental property, and we're looking at purchasing two more next to that. I will buy more houses here and I may move but I'm keeping my houses. Little Rock will remain my home base yet I have plans to own property across the country and bounce from Austin, Dallas, Chicago, LA, ATL, Miami. I have to establish a base and duplicate it in other markets. So we can see 8..9 figures
What project(s) are you currently working on?
A container home project, two residential renovations, just founded a startup tech company and the investment group.
What are your hobbies?
I play basketball and football, I should've went pro.. I love kids, my family, my community so its imperative that I keep fighting the good fight while building wealth and opportunities within my community for the kids that look like me. I enjoy finding new ways to be innovative, mentoring, building business plans and photography are my hobbies that also make me money.
What sacrifices have you had to make to be a successful?
The sacrifices I have made align with the separation of certain people and things that I would like to do, in order to level up. A lot of self control and focus on building my name, company, and net worth. I don't play a lot, I don't kick it, I don't have sex a lot, just being candid.
