How did you begin producing music?
I started messing around with FL Studio and ended up getting finesse with the beats.
Did you go to college/school? If so what did you study?
Yes, I'm currently enrolled at Henderson State University. I'm studying Psychology.
Why should I go into your field? What are the pros/cons? You have to have a passion for the music, if not, then it's not for you. Pros are you are granted the opportunity to network with a lot of people, and it allows you to be your own boss with no creative boundaries. As far as Cons, it doesn't happen over night, requires a ton of sacrifice and brings lots of doubt from people.
Describe a typical day on the job.
Wake up and make a beat before class, and set it up on an auto schedule to post to my websites.Afterwards, I go about my regular school day.
How much do you make a monthly?
I average about $450 a month.
For the amount of work you do, does the pay satisfy you?
Yes I'm satisfied. It allows me to reinvest into my business and potentially increase sales.
Where do you live? Is the location good for what you do? Do you want to relocate?
I'm from Newport, Arkansas. Yes, there's so much talent there, and always someone to work with to assist me in creating something special. I've worked with almost every artist there.
What project(s) are you currently working on?
Right now I'm working on a project called "Righteous"my homeboy YBS. I am also doing a lot of outside work as well.
What are your hobbies?
I like to work out, read and meditate.
What do you do in your non-work time?
Homework, study and sometimes go out.
What makes you happy?
That I'm becoming happy on my pursuit to happiness.
What sacrifices have you had to make to be a successful?
I have sacrificed sleep, partying and personal time.
